Sunday Summary 4.19.20

Weekly Summary:

Another week in quarantine. It’s a crazy world we live in. Sometimes I wonder if I am simply too good at thriving in disaster. I can easily live in my own little world of goals and dreams, and learn to thrive in it. Being forced to stay home has been the perfect opportunity for me to do just that!

Since the beginning of March, I have signed up SIX new clients. Prior to all of this crazy COVID stuff, I was averaging 1 client/month. This is clearly a huge improvement and I have been loving it.

I have a couple other projects in the works to share with everyone as well so stay tuned for that!

What I was reminded of/what I learned this week:

While it’s fun to explore the world and travel, there is also tremendous value in having stillness and space to create. It’s one thing to SAY this is the case and its a completely different thing to actually live it and experience it.

Im experiencing it, and now I believe it. This new insight will shape my future in many ways.

Tim Ferriss Podcast with Peter Attia– If you’re looking to switch from COVID talk, back to some longevity talk, check out this podcast. The egg wrestling game Peter Attia plays made me laugh AND was a great reminder to not take life so seriously all the time. =]

What I am loving this week:

Matcha Green Tea – I have been pairing this with my laird hammilton creamer lately and I am hooked. There are numerous health benefits surrounding matcha green tea so I highly encourage you to check it out!
